These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Hospital Appointments Integration plugin (“Plugin”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) for WordPress, which connects your website to Google Sheets using OAuth2. By installing, configuring, or using this Plugin, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Plugin

You may use this Plugin solely to:

Connect your WordPress website to your Google Sheets account
Select a spreadsheet and worksheet for storing hospital appointment data
Automatically append appointment data to the selected sheet

You must use the Plugin in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Google Account and APIs

To use this Plugin, you must authorize it to access your Google Sheets and Drive files using Google’s OAuth2 system.

You understand and agree that:

Your use of Google services is subject to Google’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
You can revoke the Plugin’s access to your Google account at any time via Google’s security settings

3. Data Access and Use

We do not collect or transmit your data externally. All interactions with your Google Sheets occur on your own WordPress site and server.

The Plugin accesses only the data necessary to:

Retrieve and list your spreadsheet files
Append appointment data to the selected spreadsheet
Display your connected Google account email for verification

We do not access, use, or share your data for any other purpose.

4. License and Ownership

The Plugin is provided under a limited license for use on WordPress websites. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense this Plugin without prior written consent.

All trademarks, logos, and content used within the Plugin remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Plugin is provided “as-is” without any warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for:

Any loss or corruption of data
Downtime, errors, or compatibility issues
Unauthorized access due to misconfigured WordPress sites or insecure hosting environments

Use of the Plugin is at your own risk.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to discontinue or restrict access to this Plugin at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

You may stop using the Plugin at any time and may delete your Google account connection via the plugin settings or from your Google Account permissions.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Plugin after changes means you accept the new Terms.
